Arman Chowdhury, founder and managing partner at Arman Chowdhury, CPA, P.C. He is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in income tax planning and CFO services. Arman has over 30 years of progressive accounting and tax experience serving Small Business, Professional Offices and Not-for-profits. He has held managerial positions at Morgan Stanley, CitiGroup, Depository Trust Company and Sanofi Pharmaceuticals. Arman holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York. He is licensed to practice public accounting in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

Elizabeth Martinez brings more than 30 years of experience in business consulting, real estate development, investment structuring, and strategic partnerships. As Trustee of EM Capital Statutory Trust, she works with investors, developers, and business leaders to identify opportunities, structure transactions, and support long-term growth.

Her expertise includes corporate structuring, project financing, asset protection, and cross-border business operations. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has been involved in a wide range of real estate and business ventures, helping clients navigate complex transactions with confidence and clarity.

Known for her relationship-driven approach, Elizabeth is committed to building strong partnerships based on trust, integrity, and results. Her extensive network and hands-on experience allow her to connect people, capital, and opportunities to create lasting value.

A born and raised Washingtonian, Madelynne recently moved from Seattle, WA to Manhattan, NY bringing experience in administration and marketing. Madelynne obtained a Bachelors in Liberal Arts from Pacific Lutheran University receiving a double major in political science and international studies with minors in communications, history, and music in May 2024. During her education, Madelynne was the president of Sigma Iota Rho, the international studies honors society, and a member of Phi Alpha Theta, the history honors society. With a passion for community engagement, non-profits, and business, Madelynne brings experience working in a variety of roles in operations, administration, communications and marketing at various non-profit organizations and small businesses and is an active part-time associate with the New York Piano Society Non-Profit.  

 Sabin Alam is a native New Yorker and lifelong resident of Sunnyside, Queens. Coming from an immigrant family, Sabin has always prioritized his formal education. He graduated from the Bronx High School of Science and holds two degrees from Columbia University: a BA in Financial Economics with a special concentration in Business Management (‘24), and a MS in Real Estate Development from the Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (‘25).

During his academic tenure, Sabin led the winning capstone team in Columbia’s MSRED program, significantly contributing to a 517-unit, 100% affordable housing proposal in Inwood, Manhattan. This development went on to gain recognition for its architectural innovation and sophisticated financing structured with a complex capital stack featuring LIHTC and Public Funds. 

Sabin also received his real estate salesperson license as a 19-year-old sophomore in college. He has since built extensive high-net-worth relationships and brokered an impressive array of deals, including renting an off-market townhouse on the Upper East Side for $60,000/month, as well as a Lincoln Square condo for $40,000/month. 

As founding principal at Bliss Street Development, Sabin leverages his relationships and technical knowledge to make informed, market-driven decisions and provide strong returns to all stakeholders.

Munira is an Associate Broker specializing in commercial real estate. From 2006 to 2016, she worked with Century 21, where she earned the Ruby Award in 2013 and was recognized as a Top Centurion Producer in both 2014 and 2015.

Since 2016, Munira has been with Winzone Realty Inc., where she has consistently been recognized as a Top 20 agent in the office. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, she brings extensive experience in commercial transactions, including the sale of restaurants, laundromats, land, and multifamily commercial properties.

 Zafar Malik is a licensed real estate broker with over 25 years of experience serving clients throughout New York City in both residential and commercial markets. Holding a bachelor’s degree in business, he brings a strong foundation in strategic decision-making and market insight to every transaction.
